Password recovery
Develop a method to enable users to recover their password. The password should be stored in a secure system with deeper integration. Provide work flows to authenticate password recovery requests.

I don't necessarily like password recovery, however SplashID cannot offer a web service that allows passwords to be changed and then lost - I changed my password on their web service and, despite having saved a copy of the password, am now being told that I will never be able to access my account!

I understand the flaw in creating a way to recover data. At least address how easy it is to overwrite the existing password or pattern. I accidentally changed my pattern with no confirmation requested on my mobile phone. Disaster!

NOT a good idea! Password recovery means one of two things: 1) someone else (maybe a machine not human) has my master password, or 2) an ability to reset the master password to a known one. Both of these open the door to hacking. Not a good idea! If I can downvote I would downvote this idea.
