Add back the features that have been lost from previous versions.
There are many features that are no longer available in version 8.
- I can't use previous sorts
- It's not easy if it is even possible to create/change templates for record types.
- The remove duplicates doesn't work at all.
That's all I can think of at this time.

Bring back the look, feel and functionality of v7 for the desktop.

and you can't vary the size of each area (notes and description are frozen in size - and notes are too big and descriptions are cut off)
