I work in IT support and have recommended people to try SplashID, especially those who used to Moxier (no longer supported). SplashID is far too slow to open and perhaps make it optional to automatically sync when opening or make it so the sync doesnt refresh the interface when it is commplete. It all seems very clunky at the moment.
