Am on iOS. Spent a couple days trying to figure out why I couldn't get into a website. Turns out I was getting a capital "i" confused with a lower case "L". Please make password fields in some kind of monospace serif font. Thanks.

I agree with the user's comment below that with the font used in the Android, it is impossible to tell the difference between a lowercase "l" (el) and an uppercase "I" (eye). For this reason I try to make my passwords don't contain these letter forms. At least there is a slight difference between O (oh) and 0 (zero).

Please update your SplashID Windows app to the latest release 8.0.6.863 to use this feature. You can set the font and the size you want, in the Settings section of the application.
SplashID Windows 8.0.6.863 can be downloaded from on https://www.splashid.com/downloads or use the 'Check for update' option in the application main menu to initiate the update.

Using a Serif font would solve this problem. Perhaps giving a choice of font would be the best way.

I and l is particularly bad on android app. At least there is a slight difference between O and 0.
