Make it easier to back up export or backup data. Neither seems to work in the new version. If it could be exported in format for Excel that would be great.

I back up using the export vID feature. Seems easy enough to me.
Settings > manage > export vID
You can import the vID file into another instance of Splash ID or save the back up in a safe place.

I went back to v7 when I learned I HAD to put my stuff in the cloud in order to do backups. I refuse to use the cloud to store sensitive data. Too important.
