Hi - Would really like to see this one elevated in priority and implemented. It becomes increasingly annoying to have to do 5 or six swipes to get to a password that resides in the lower part of the alphabet. The Samsung Galaxy (4) Contacts application might be a good metaphor where the alphabet is listed on the right hand side of the screen and immediately jumps to the records of interest.

This is essential for long list of a particular record type like web logins. The letter tab should appear like a Rolodex to allow you to jump to the records that start with that letter.
