after timeout, then password, return to last record viewed
On Andriod, when it times out, obviously I have to enter the password again. But then I am back in teh start-up state -- and have to re-search for the record I am on.

Allow SplashID timeout to be longer than Android. So, within x-seconds/minutes, if I come back out of Android timeout, I return to the SplashId record I am trying to read or create (when Android times out). As in long product IDs or serial numbers
