I perfectly agree. I created an "erased" category and a specific icon to visually detect old records no longer used, but there's no way to show a list of records excluding this specific category.
An "archived/deleted/erased/you-name-it" flag with the possibility to include/exclude these records from a search/view would be great.

I think this would be a great idea! I have at least 20 records that I have added XX to the name (although ZZ as below would be even better, the best tip is always in the comments!) that I would love to be able to find with a search, but don't want cluttering up my screen when looking for a password.

I agree. I've taken to adding "ZZZ-" to the front of my name in order to archived records. At least it puts them at the bottom of the list.

This could easily be done with a checkbox for "Hide" on each record.Then we'd just need an option to show, not show or only show hidden records. BTW, I would have given all of my votes to this one if you'd let me. Cheers!

That's a feature I've looking for. I've created a Category named Archive but it is still there, being shown. Maybe a possibity of multiple selection of which categories should be shown could work, either another to hide an specific category or, even better, the creation of an archive function or folder.
