Add an edit button

When I want to add an item into a new field of an already stored record (version 8.0.5.853 / Windows 8.1 desktop) the unfilled fields are not shown and can't be opened for editing unless I click in the text of some other field. This is stupid. Please reinstate an edit button to open all the fields for editing

    Look at Macintosh Contacts. The info is protected from alteration. One must click the Edit button to start altering the info. After updating, make sure there is a Save and a Cancel (or Discard Changes) button.
