Do away with version 8 and refund money when customers are not satisfied
Dear Sirs,
I upgraded to Version 8 and it was a disaster. The Version 8 interface is terrible, you used my Master Password for an online account and then you uploaded all of my passwords to that account - This was very deceptive and you lost my trust. As a result of this change in your business model, I requested a refund for the money I spent on version 8 and was never able to get one. I own a company and your product was the defacto password software I recommended and allowed my employees to use. However, as a result of this experience, I do not allow my employees to use your product and I certainly do not recommend it. You had a good product and an outstanding reputation and it saddens me to see where you are now.
