Test your product before you release to us
I'm so tired of not being able to install your latest version of software! The past three revisions I've had to contact support to get it to work, and this latest release is more of the same. Your solution is for me to send you logs (do your job) and frankly I have better things to do with my time. Even then your support is woeful in follow up. Reviewing things here it appears that others have complaints that features dont work as they should! Really please!

I agree 100%. I've been paying for this product since roughly 2006 and until this latest round of versioning I was completely happy. I feel like the product is being rewritten from the ground up with features being left off, features not being tested. I can say that if I were not paying for this product already I wouldn't be using it.
