  1. I do not like that the passwords are masked. I want the ability to globally disable for all items. Sometimes a quick glance is all I need.

    If I am understanding your suggestion correctly, you can already do this. If you to to the "edit types" list, you can change the default "mask" setting for all records of that type.

  2. The app needs to open up much faster. it takes too long to sync everytime it is opened.

    I'm wondering if you guys with problems actually have the latest version installed. I had that problem a version or two back but since installing the latest update my sync is so fast it literally happens in a blink of an eye.

    If you have the Pro version, the "cloud" is the master by default. It automatically updates records on every device on which you have SplashID installed. I have it on my desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. It literally takes about 1 second to update records from the cloud when I open the app on one of my devices.
