Husband's account was migrated from v. 8 in 2024 and has been working fine. As of last week, the cloud sync function was in limbo with no resolution. This was on three (3) separate devices (iPhone, MacBook, and Mac desktop all running updated OS). User signed out, clearing data, deleted the app and reinstalled it, with no change. Today, user did same on MacBook and a cloud sync shows 0 records. There has been no response from tech support since last week. We need a resolution ASAP, please. Thanks. VM
