Hi Abhinav, Unfortunately I am unable to complete your solution. With regard to the phone app, I could not update the software inapp, as it said it was up to date with Version 9.4.9. I finally managed to get the phone to update via the app, in the Apps section in the Iphone Settings section. I had the same problem on my PC where it will not update from 9.4.9 to 9.4.10. I can not find work around for the PC. Can you please advise. TIA
