Desktop Auto Lock & Lock Account not working
On my windows desktop, the auto lock is not working. It will stay unlocked for days and days. Also the button labelled "Lock Account" no longer works. Basically, I have to close the app in order to lock it.

Please try a fresh reset of the app state to see if it resolves the problem. 1] Ensure you are on the latest version of SplashID Pro 9 (version 9.4.10). 2] If you are on 'Cloud sync', then go to Settings, select Sign Out, and choose the option to Clear Data when prompted. 3] If you are on 'WiFI or No sync', export and take a backup of your data using SVID9 export. And then go to Settings, select Sign Out, and choose the option to Clear Data when prompted. 4] Completely kill the app so it isn't running in the background, relaunch it, and log back in. 5] Once logged in, please try the action you were attempting before the error occurred.
