Finding a Record by Clicking on Record Letter (Beta 9.40.462)
On Windows 11 and on Android v15 when I left click on the 1st Letter of a Record (A-Z) the window scrolls to that section of the records and then before I can select a record in that section it returns to the first record in the file, and then when I try that procedure again, the same thing happens. When I attempt to try that procedure a 3rd time, I need to wait about 15 seconds before my selection is accepted and the screen scrolls to that record section where I can successfully navigate to the record I am trying to open.

The issues with the record list jumping back to the first record, and freezing of the record list have been fixed. This will be made available in the next beta release that we will be releasing in the next 2-3 days.

Hi Mike, we released the 9.4 production version today. Please update your apps to the production version and see if you still have this issue.

This is happening in on windows 11 pro and iphone ios 26 in your production 9.4.0 environment
