Mac SplashiD Pro 9 Version 9.4.0 (495)
i open to 76 records. manually sync to 1598 (1603 in reality as 3 are in the trash, although the math doesn't math 1598 + 3 = 1601, so not sure where the other records are)
i have screen shots i could share.
doing a "Cloud Sync Troubleshooter" shows 0 records etc. but reports "no differences found"
after a few minutes, somehow returns to 76 records.
getting other anomalies as well but this is top issue.

There are 1601 records and 5 in recycled bin in your account in the cloud. So there might be 2 local only records. If you click on the 'Local only' filter option in the records list view do you see these 2 records? Can you sign in to your account at https://app.splashid.com and check the count of records? You can try clearing all the local data using the 'Sign out and clear data' from the unlock screen or from the Account screen in Settings. This will also clear out the local records, if any. So do export those 2 records to a SVID9 file so that you can import them later.
