Major Issue and workaround
Update: If I close the app and reopen it, the records reappear.
I just edited 2 record names. After tapping save, it showed the record information as a bunch of jumbled letters/symbols. Then a pop-up showed that the record was saved. When I exit and go to the all records list, those 2 records are now missing/deleted.

Similar issue, 1 - Modifying a record name in Android results in the jumble of letters and symbols. 2- Opening the now "corrupt" record in Windows version results in clean/usable data, though the record in Android is still scrambled. 3- Android data does not seem to become usable until the Windows data is sync'd with the Android data.
