Password update

I received the requirement to change my password, which I did. Now Splash ID 9 does not recognize it except on the computer on which I changed the password. I no longer am able to access my account on my phone or other computers. So what's up? And how do I get the app to function effectively.

good to know, i thought about changing it but i guess i will wait until this is resolved. Or, should the main password be changed and then do a sync before it will take on all the computers ?
