Record Updates Display Hypertext

Whenever I edit a record and save it, the record text changes to Hypertext, in 9.4.0.462 Android beta app. And the record disappears from the record list. The only way to fix this is to exit and reenter the app.

Appreciate the feedback. A fix to prevent this from happening has been included and will be made available in the next beta release that we will be releasing in the next 2-3 days.
