I was able to get it back when I rebooted both devices (MacBook w latest OS update, and iPhone 15 pro max. Then I had the Mac override the phone.
Did the records permanently go away? Or did they get shown again when the app was relaunched? It will help us diagnose.
I just tested editing a record and had similar problem on iphone16. When I edited a field and pressed save, all the fields filled with garbage - even the Record name. All I had to do was press the edit button and then press save - it did the same without changing any data. The record now appears as the last record in the database, as the record name now starts with a symbol. But if I close SplashID app completely (swipe up), and then reopen, the record is fine and contains any editing I had done. We used to see this several years ago, but not recently.
Splash Pro 9 Lifetime
Need a quick clarification. Is this for SplashID Classic or SplashID Pro 9?
