Okay got it installed. I had to download the installer from the splashid website and install by hand. NOT get if from the Microsoft store and have the store install it.

The user/password works in a browser using the cloud

i enter my email address and password, click [Sign in] and the app return "invalid credentials". They are the same one I'm using on my old laptop, phone and iPad. I have turn off window defender and reload the splashid pro 9 add and get the same results.
