Something ain't right

I've enjoyed and advocated for SplashID for years, and also bought lifetime subscriptions as gifts for family members ... so please consider me a supportive user.- In December I added my wife as a shared user ... sent her invite and she accepted.- I then changed a bunch of our common records so that she would be able to access ... these do show up in my screens when I click "Shared"-HOWEVER:1) My wife has not seen any of my shared records showing when in her SplashID account.➡ and2) My experience using the app has become miserable ... regardless whether I'm on iPhone or MacBook-Pro:➡ Information/screen is always freezing (perhaps connecting with server).➡ Shared records are not in alphabetical order ... I click the sort arrow and they go into proper sequence, but then after any screen click (and waiting till unfreezes) the list of records are no longer in any apparent order.➡ If/when I try to type a word in search field ... maybe can be 1-2 characters to show, then next letter erases prior and becomes first character in screen (i.e. I cannot sequentially spell out a word).➡ Lots of other things that are frustrating the heck out of me.Any suggestions?ThanQ,Steve
