Hi Charlie, thanks for your feedback. You can hide the display of the tooltip that pops up while hovering on the records in the record list. The setting for this is in the General Settings in the Application sub section. It is called 'Hide record list tooltips'. The issue with partial copy of notes text in record details while in view mode is being looked into. We will add a record field deletion confirmation dialog to prevent accidental deletions of a record field. Copying of the record field content while in edit mode will be added in a future release. The app does not have support for real time sync. As of now editing or adding a record on a device updates it immediately in the cloud. On other devices, the update should appear as part of the periodic cloud sync that will run every 5 minutes. If you need it immediately, then a manual sync will be required as of now. The URL button will be split into two. One will launch it in an external browser, and the other inside the app itself. The lock duration setting issue with "update" button not getting displayed will be fixed by making the content scrollable. We expect to put in the enhancements and fixes in the next beta release that should be available in the coming days.

First set of comments: Irritating Popup: When I am looking at My Records and hover over a record, a blue popup comes up that shows the Record Name and creation date. That popup should be eliminated as the data it shows just repeats what I see I am hovering over, and it blocks me from selecting the record just below. I have to move the mouse down and then back up to see successive records. This is not new to 9.4. It has always been an issue. Get rid of it, please. Can not copy a string of text from Notes field: Can not copy partial text from a field unless I go into edit mode. Need to change that to allow any string of text to be copied while viewing a record. Need Delete warning button: For any action that deletes something, we need an Undo button somewhere. And an “Are you sure you want to delete this?” warning before actual deletion. UI for record editing: UI allows for unintentional field deletion: When a record is selected, the fields are displayed in the right panel. At the end of each field is a rectangle button that will copy the field data to the clipboard. Unfortunately, when in Edit mode, there is a similar rectangle button, but pressing it deletes the field, with no warning prompt. I often want to copy the data in several fields to the Notes section, so I go to Edit mode and press what I normally use to copy the field data and it deletes the field from the record. I can’t undo it. I have to add a new field to the record, which only goes to the bottom of the record. I can’t put it back where it was. To fix this, either move the position of the Delete Field button, make it a different color shape, or add warnings. Better yet, keep the copy function while in Edit mode and add a delete field button somewhere else. That way I can easily copy field data to the notes section while in Edit mode. Sync isn’t automatic when changes made: If a record is edited and then saved, it doesn’t automatically sync to the cloud. To see the edited record on another device, I have to sync on device A and then also sync on device B manually. It should be automatic. URL Link button comment: To open a website from a URL field, I now have to click two buttons instead of one as before. Terrible change for speed. But I understand why you needed to do something. Some users want to go directly to the website and copy/paste login id and pw by switching windows, while others want to have ID and pw show at top of screen and login within the SplashID app. Previously in ver 8, many websites would not work if running within Splashid app. I just tested about 5 websites and only one wouldn’t work. So it seems to be improved. I like having the choice, but would prefer both choices to appear as two buttons, so I only have to tap once. Or be able to set a default choice. Minor problem. Lock Duration setting issue: On iphone, if go to Settings/security/account lock duration: when you try to edit the duration, the keyboard pops up and hides the “update” button – so there is no way to edit the duration. What am I missing?
