Please check in the production build for 9.4 that we released today. There was an enhancement put in to generate the PDF report before it is displayed.

I have successfully printed the complete report.
As a suggestion, simply printing the report may be all some users require. I suggest that the print and display option would be enhanced by also having a print to file and return to SplashID option.

We will be rewriting the PDF printing logic and include it as part of a future release, most likely 9.4.1. Key goals will be to speed up the PDF generation, and compact the information displayed to reduce the total number of pages generated.

As previously reported:
Test of new beta version (this time v9.4.0.493) does not allow me to print a complete report of all (~700) records. After some time, SplashID closes (crashes). Non-Beta versions allowed me to print and save as pdf file. Full disclosure: I am in a hotel room (and will be for a while) and am unsure if this is in any way part of the problem.
