SplashID Pro 9.4.0.493 (Beta) - records missing in Android
I've only noticed this in Android, but I routinely have two records missing from my Android device. When I run the Cloud Sync Troubleshooter (nice that it is working now) both exist on the cloud. One was created on 10th October 2024, the other on 10th September 2025. I've no idea what the common factor is or why these two records are the ones which consistently drop off the list until I complete a full sync. They always come back and they are always available in the online version. It's just really odd. OK, I've done a few more tests now and it gets even more weird: Start SplashID on the Android device (Cloud sync on login and unlock turned off) Record total: 323 Perform a cloud sync. Summary shows 2 records deleted. Record total: 323 Perform a cloud sync. Summary shows 2 records deleted. <... this continues each tiem I do a Cloud sync ...> Exit app, wait, restart app Record count: 323 Perform a Cloud sync. Summary says 2 records deleted Record count: 321 (the same 2 records deleted) <... Wait for a couple of minutes before it sorts itself out, along with several 'App not respondiong messages' ...> Data synchronises. Record count back to 323. Perform a Cloud sync. Summary says 2 records deleted ... and so on. Always the same two records.

Update: I've just noticed the same behaviour on the web version of SplashID! Shame the Sync Troubleshooter doesn't work on the web version (my web version, at least - using Edge). I am also being told that there is 1 x 'Type' and 1 x 'Category' which is being received each and every time I sync. No idea what that is about. I duplicated one of the troublesome records and deleted the original and that *seems* to have sorted it. I have duplicated several more which were behaving oddly (some existing in the Android app but not online or in Windows, some in windows but not online or in the Android app, etc.) and so far it all seems settled after several Cloud sync processes. No spurious Types or Categories either.

Updated Updated: The inexplicable extra Type (x1) and Category (x1) have appeared again in the Cloud sync summary (both listed as 'updates'). Don't know what they are relating to since the Sync Troubleshooter says no differencies.
