Support is AWOL

Re: Ticket 129842, we have not heard a thing for days. The records have DISAPPEARED. We are incredibly disappointed, after being customers for years, that the negative reviews on the App Store are true about the support of this program.

But no reply to his reply… We need this fixed, please. He had cloud sync until all of his records disappeared, and then he changed to NO SYNC in case there was something corrupted on his end.
