Want to share multiple records in splashID Pro 9

I have purchased a license for my spouse. Previous we shared SplashID 8. I need to share many passwords but having to go through all hundreds of entries one by one is agonizing. Is there a way to select multiple records at a time for sharing?

Thanks for reaching out! We actually have an option specifically for this. To resolve this, please follow these steps: 1] Go to My Records > Click on Select. 2] Select desired records. 3] Now, click on the 3-dot option against the select option. 4] Click on Share.

Works to share…but on receiving account the records do not show up even tho my account shown as trusted user…syncing seems to go on forever with n records appearing…
