Whare are support agents?
Support was very good over the past few months, with replies being very quick. But since the release of 9.4.0.478 there have been no replies from support. What is happening?

Charlie, we released the 9.4 production version today. Please update your apps to the production version.

Hi Charlie. The beta feedback channel is being handled by us at the engineering team and not the traditional support team. We are actively working on getting the next beta out by the weekend. The issues reported by all here are being fixed. We are trying to make sure that this is the last beta update before we go live with 9.4. Hope this helps to clarify the delay in the responses here.
