Geofencing: email or SMS when SplashID used in new country
If you use splashID outside your country, you should be able to receive a notification, including a option to change your password immediately. It is a rather simple security measure, also to implement when you use cloud syncing.

Generate mixed-word passwords
Allow option to generate passwords consisting of randomly generated words. For example, 2 four-letter words ("findjune," "timetalk"), or 1 four-letter word and one five-letter word, etc., with or without numbers and capital letters mixed in ("Find2June," tiMe8tAlk").

Stop Splash ID from opening a cellular connection on my iPhone
Even though I've not enabled cloud syncs, SplashID opens a cellular connection on my iPhone every time I open the app. This should not happen. I've enabled wifi sync, so there's no reason for a cellular connection.

maintain custom labels, and don't mix them up when a person upgrades to a new version.
When upgrading to new version or using pc versus mobile, the labels and corresponding mask rules should stay the same. I'm sure this isn't a new idea, just a flaw that needs to be fixed.

Disable bringing the app to the front when it locks after inactivity.
Every time the app locks due to inactivity, the app comes to front / takes primary focus to let me know that. It is annoying an unnecessary. This is on Android.

Employ intelligent people to answer our emails. Every time I ask a question I'm asked one and then I answer your question and I get an email
Be better at answering questions from us. I ask, you ask for something, I reply, you don't now answer my question!

Return the pronouncable password option when generating a password
When logging into a desktop system (before one can access SplashID), that password needs to be easier to remember. I still want to record it in SplashID so that it's available on my mobile device. Then I can look it up after I'm forced to change it. I would like to use SplashID to generate it (to help randomize it), but I don't want to look it up on my mobile every time. It needs to be easier to remember.

Find elegant way to manipulate Icons. Thanks for fixing Categories and Types
Before Palm Garnet, Categories, and Types were a bit fuzzy. Thanks for fixing it in the PC Copy. Still Icons are an issue. Too Few, and can't easily make one from a pic that scales properly.

Constant problems with random icon replacements and dropped categories
I've used the apps for years on different platforms. However, my iOS apps have never worked correctly. Categories keep getting dropped, icon get randomly replaced, etc. I've tried re-synching all devices multiple times, but the issues still persist. I've given up trying to categorize anything - just using the search function to locate items. Very annoying, though still usable.

Suggest record deletion based on last access date
I've got a ton of probably outdated records. Perhaps the desktop version can suggest records for deletion periodically.

Notes field should scroll while editing.
Now there is a problem editing in the Note field. As I add a line using the Enter key, the box doesn't automatically scroll up, so current typing is not visible. I have to reach for the mouse to manually scroll the box so I can see what I'm typing. Pleave have the box scroll up automatically.

Fix security bug
When the timeout for the lock has been reached and you open the app again, the lock screen appears but it slides from the bottom to the top. The last entry can be seen shortly and you can simply grab the passwords by filming the screen of the IOS device - you only need a camera.

Add a system status on Splash home page
Might I recommend that you include a "Status" field on your home page at
all times to indicate condition of your system. It took me trying my
wife's account to make certain the problem was not mine. You have a great product. Your loyal customer.

Imply wildcard when using multiple search criteria
Make search respond like google, i.e.
- Spaces are considered delimiters for multiple search criteria
- Search returns partial matches as wildcards are implied before and after the criteria
- A boolean AND is implied for multiple search criteria
- A minus sign (-) before the criteria is considered a boolean NOT

When the app closes, it should simply close
When app closes, the login dialog pops up while I am typing, causing my typing to jump from MS Word (for example) into the SplashID Password field. It's annoying and disruptive.
