Have something to protect the contacts on the USB Key
The HSN sales pitch mentioned the key could be kept on a person’s key ring which is all well and good, but if it is anything like my ring with multiple keys, the keys could damage the USB key contacts if left unprotected?? Should have some sort guard to slide over the end of the key to protact the contacts

Thanks for contacting us and asking this question.
No. Please note using the Key Safe on a key ring should be no problem – the USB contacts are somewhat protected by a raised "tooth" on the key. To keep the key very slim, they are slightly more exposed than other USB products, but the contacts should be fine unless you are very hard on them. We used a Key Safe for 2 years this way, and it was still working fine. Please tell me if you need anything else, or have any other questions or comments.
