Fix Full-Screen issue (maximize window) on Windows 10
In SplashID for Windows (I'm running on Win 10, splash ID version 8.1.1.925), if I accidentally hit "maximize" instead of the "close window" icon (x) in the upper right corner of the screen, it goes full-screen, but the program stops working. All window controls are gone, cannot minimize, close, anything. If I shut down the program via task manager and re-run it, it goes back to full-screen mode, which is busted.
Note that I'm running a 2-screen system, and one monitor is a 34" 3440x1440 resolution screen. The Fullscreen mode appears to maximize over both screens.
To fix this, I have to hit ALT-space, then N for minimize. Then close the program (right click on it in the task bar and close it), then when I re-open it is usually comes back in normal window mode. But this is a pain. Maximize mode shouldn't bust it.
