Fix the iPad/iPhone access
I work and travel in cell fringe areas. Apparently the app is attempting to establish cloud connection upon intial opening of the app. When it can't make that connection, or the connection is slow (1X - 3g), the app crashes and I can't access my passwords...NOT GOOD! Syncing with the cloud is a great benefit, but not when it prevents me from using the app altogether.

Please use Airplane mode when this happens.

I hate the crashes upon start up! PLEASE PLEASE fix this. I have been a customer for MANY years (at least 15 when it was for palm pilot). I am seriously considering another app, this is unacceptable

Fully agree ! It also happen if you are not using Cloud Sync but also if you are using local WiFi sync at hime and you are outside your home. This is unacceptable ! I have already registered this either the company and they will fix it quickly hopefully! SplashID should open much faster !

Turning on airplane mode does seem to be the only way to use the app when the mobile signal is poor.

THIS IS A CRITICAL BUG. THE IOS APP CRASHES IN THIS SITUATION. THE IDEA WE ARE VOTING TO FIX A CRITICAL BUG IS INSANE. JUST FIX THIS. A USER SHOULD NOT EVER BE LOCKED OUT OF THEIR DATABASE. I HAVE REPORTED THIS MULTIPLE TIMES.

Strongly agree. Need offline access specially on emergency situations. Murphy's law is always working.

Agree strongly that this should be fixed. A stopgap approach is to enable airplane mode, startup SplashID, and disable airplane mode.

Sadly this criticism is true. I'm still using Wallet made by Acrylic Sofware but is no longer developed since they were bought out by Facebook (I think!). Wallet opens quickly regardless of any internet connection.

I agree.

Agree. I need access even when I have no cell service or wifi.

Here again with the cloud, this may be a great improvement.

I agree. When you are not in a place with service you should still be able to open the last data entered to the system. Very high priority.

I agree. You may even be on a Plane without internet connection and yet need to retrieve a datum from your SplashID app.

The above suggestion is very important because my SplashID contains serial numbers and other information that I may want to access even if no wifi or cell connection is available.
When I lost data on the computer it was also earned from the mobile devices because of the iCloud sync. Don't make sync. automatic or have option to do it manually.
