Improve speed, reliability and functionality
Sorry folks, but when I tried the latest version, I was disappointed all around. I have an older version of the windows application and it's a nice solid database application. The new version is too dependent on HTML and the network. It's just not a solid feeling app. I want things to pop when I click a button. Also, you need some work on interface design. The new design is not intuitive at all.

I too was disappointed with the Windows Desktop Version 8.0.6.863. The Windows Desktop application Version 7.1.0 is much more intuitive and a nicer solid database application. The new design is not intuitive at all. Version 7.1.0 Windows Desktop application has a lot more color and better contrasting screens than the new interface which has a washed out look and is a lot harder on the eyes with too much wasted white space.

Old versions worked instantaneously. This version has a noticeable pause every time I do anything, e.g. save, open a record, etc. Very annoying, Especially when I have to manually delete 40+ duplicate records created when I upgraded.

Bring back the look and feel of v7 for the desktop. I have yet to switch to the newer one since v7 is way better. IMHO.

For the casual, once a day user, the Ver 8 interface may be fine. For Power Users (I use it 20 times a day) I want fast response, concise display, and no wasted white area in the window. Bring back Ver 7 interface. Or make two display versions.

Version 8 program is abysmal for searching. Had to go back to the version 7 program. Really drops ones confidence in your product when the new version is a step backwards.

the search function is still unacceptably slow - it seems a search is done every time a new letter is parsed
