Resolving import problems
The import feature in a web browser freeze and we have no other choice than kill the browser. Will this be resolved ? This happens each time we have quite some data (tested with 800 records).
import is working very very badly on lastpass import, all sorts of problems, the result is totally unusable. This lastpass import problem is the really main reason why i’m not subscribing to safeid. I suggest the solution you prefer : an option for the user to mention where the csv comes from (lastpass, dashlane etc) so safeid could import accordingly for best results or…

Use a key combination (i.e. Alt+a) to have SplashID fill in the login of the application.
Choose a record in SplashID, then position the cursor in the login window of the application you want to enter. Then use a key combination (i.e. Alt+a) to have SplashID fill in the login information, including the password of the application to login in. Instead of cutting and pasting the login information from SplashID manually.

When opening app it should open with the previous sort.
Currently, whenever I open the app it is sorted alphabetically. I set it to sort by type, but the next time I open it, it's back to alphabetical .

Add USB Sync
USB sync worked great when we were using Palm devices but it went away when Android devices were introduced. I use WiFi sync at home, but do not have that capability at work. I have to export a file and import to my desktop PC. Please enable USB sync for both Android and iOS devices. It would make syncing so much easier for everyone.

I DO NOT like the new look on the desktop version (Mac) of the app.
The ability to go into the app and find a credit card or anything else is not as fast as it used to be. You used to be able to click on a "type", and then quickly look at the type "email" or "credit card" or whatever. This was fast when you needed something quickly. Now I have to pull down the type, then search... it may sound picky, but I think it is a step backwards. I realize you are trying to match the look of the website, but that interface is pretty poor as well.

auto save on autolock
When autolock kicks in whilst a record is being edited, and in particular - added, SplashID Safe should be... safe and simply save the changes. At least for adding a record the use case is straightforward - I often switch to the service for which I created the password and forget I am in the midst of adding a record to SplashID Safe. Then the autolock kicks in (as desired) and my record-in-progress is lost... argh!

Enhance dedupe
OK, so dedupe picks out and removes duplicated records.
But what about the spurious or "near" duplicates that crop up.
I've seen records which are duplicated because they've been stored under two Types with the same name! Ditto with two Categories with the same name. Dedupe didn't pick up on these.
I've had records which look identical to all intents and purposes, except an extra space character has been appended to the Notes field in one of the two records (a bug in Wi-fi sync?). Dedupe didn't pick on this.
Manual elimination of all these spurious / near duplicates is…

SplashID Pro 9 Improvements
- When opening, have cursor focus on password field
- When open, have cursor focus on search field like Splash ID 8
- There is no offline mode for SplashID 9 Pro, which makes it useless in a non-connected environment
- During the transition period, be able to manually perform another data migration since you have to use SplashID 8 in an offline situation
- Since most accounts use your email address for the Username, have SplashID 9 Pro remember the ones you have used so you can choose one from a drop down list.

make the iphone version open with focus on the search, like the desktop version.
I think everybody with more than 20 records always use the search to get to a specific record, so the app should open ready to search, instead of having to press on the (very small) search icon.
or, at least make this feature as an option if you don't want it to be the default for everyone, though I don't really see the usefulness in seeing the full list, when you have hundreds of records.

wifi sync for computers
Right now i can use wifi sync to synchronize all my mobile devices with my pc. I can not keep in sync my laptops and my other pcs/mac.
I think that a pcs should be treated as any other device and should be able to synchronize with an other pc.7 votes -
STOP TRYING TO CONNECT MY EXTREMELY PRIVATE KEYS TO THE NET EVERYTIME I OPEN YOUR PRODUCT OR YOU WILL LOSE A LONG TIME CLIENT
Also, If a user clicks on an item in the left colulm, it should not require a double click of the item in the center column to get to actionable informaton - awkward user interface, to much mousing and clicking to get results from a simple database - we (IBM techs) showed clients how to do this with PSF file 30 years ago - I see little progress, just over use of the GUI (IMHO)

Allow choice of session timeout by session or a global setting
It annoys me to always have to re-enter SPLASHID pswd every time I switch to another app. Allow user to set timeout value each session within a maximum allowable range. The max allowable could be a global user setting but no more than, say, one hour.
