Improve Auto-fill feature
Currently Auto-fill feature only list the web login category. Users should be specify to choose which category show up in Auto-Fill especially as we may have user created categories, for instance I use the "web shopping" category to store all my logins for commercial purchase websites.

Auto Log in for Google Chrome
I've asked about this before, but I have not received a satisfactory answer as of yet. There is no Google Chrome connection from this app when selecting the log in from my computer so that it automatically takes you to the website with the user name and login password already pre-filled. I've been told before that it is because my default browser is set to IE which is not true. Then I was told that this was going to be added as an update in the not too distant future. That was a few months ago. Hey...I really like this…

Improve the Notes field in mobile version of SplashData
I really like this software and I have been using it for I don’t know how long, but want one thing that does irritate me quite a bit is the “notes field". The “notes” field, that I use quite a lot, is very hard to use on iPhone and iPad, it is too small and those behave weirdly when I tried to edit it. There must be a better solution either a button to open it full screen for instance, perhaps you can put this in your backlog for further improvement.

Make Dashboard work for WiFi Sync/No Sync use
Currently, the Dashboard which can show weak or repeated passwords only works in Cloud Sync mode.
Please change that, so it can be used with WiFi Sync or No Sync too.Thanks in advance for considering this.

Show password in app login screen
In SplashID Safe device app, provide a "Show password" check box in the start screen (app login), which when selected shows the password being entered. I want to make sure I am entering the correct password the first time and not having to fail and to reenter it again and again until I get it right -- let's face it, keyboards on small devices aren't that accurate.

Resizable width for the Category / Type column
Make the width for the Category / Type column resizable in version 8. It is mostly very hard to read the description for the items. And the width of the detail view is unnecessary wide.

Fix synchronisation
Synchronise worked perfectly on palm pilot back in 2000.
Since then, it's got worse over the different devices i've had splash data on. Currently not working at all.6 votes -
Add an edit button
When I want to add an item into a new field of an already stored record (version 8.0.5.853 / Windows 8.1 desktop) the unfilled fields are not shown and can't be opened for editing unless I click in the text of some other field. This is stupid. Please reinstate an edit button to open all the fields for editing

Save pictures of passports, drivers license, credit cards.. If they are lost Splashid will have the proof to re establish lost items.

create browser integration
LastPass, iPassword, etc offer desktop browser integration. However, they are cumbersome to use on the iPhone. SplashID is a great iPhone resource, but lacks desktop browser integration. Make it work with Chrome!!

Allow Emergency Access ID's
Allow a secondary ID that will only have the ability to request access to my account. If I am unable to grant them access, it is automatically allowed after a configurable time has passed. Not sure this is completely thought through, but the idea is to give this secondary ID to a family member or someone with Power of Attorney so they can access my account in the event I am unable. The access might be restricted in certain ways as well. For example, I might have the option to mark only certain records for which they will get access.

Put the automatic backup back in 8.x
The automatic backup does not work on the 8.x desktop version if you use the online service. It worked in 7.x. Please consider re-activating that feature. I am uneasy not having regular backups on my PC and depending solely on the cloud.

SplashData Help Desk support web-site needs improvement
SplashData's support web-site needs improvement in many areas to bring it in line with the support facilities provided by many other software providers:
Log and view reports on the support web-site, together with progress updates and final closure/resolution information. Reports could be anything from product bug reports, requests for information, advice tips, requests for new product facilities
The support web-site needs improved methods for searching, listing and sorting reports on the web-site.
