  1. Preserve field names when moving between categories

    If you move a record to another category, you lost all the field names. They should be preserved.

  3. Return to Ability to See Lists

    I'm going to be a bit fuzzy about this as I returned to the earlier desktop version of ID Safe because I couldn't handle the new view. I think it was that I couldn't see the "masked" items in initial view. I had not asked that they be masked and it looked like I would have to unmask each record and hope the unmasking remained when I logged off.

  7. Automatic scroll when typing in notes field

    When in a record and typing in the notes field; if you hit enter the next line drops out of view. You have to manually scroll down to see your text. The scroll bar should automatically move the new line into view.

  8. Frequently Used Accounts List

    Since most ID's these days tend to use an email address, on the Account field, it would be nice to have a pull down of the 5-10 most frequently used accounts.

  9. Make Sync always work reliably!

    The best new feature would be for consistent, reliable sync, whether USB or Cloud! I gave up on cloud sync after it consistently deleted my attachments (despite Tech Support's lackluster efforts). Why not put your development efforts into making SplashID work reliably?

    If you make up your own passwords there should be a way to test the strength of those passwords.

  12. Revert Dashboard to version 7 view, Fix Export Function.

    The version 8 dashboard sorting is terrible. Please revert it to the way version 7 was. I am only able to view a few records and the sort feature is no where near as good as in ALL previous versions.

    The option to export gives no option as to whether I want to export a single record or all. This needs fixed ASAP. I exported my data file and it only exported 1 record and not ALL of my records. I nearly lost everything!

  13. Add secondary authentication option for designated records

    Not every record deserves this but the most sensitive data could. The finger print scan can be hacked so perhaps allowing banking records to require a response before unmasking a password would be helpful. There have been a couple of recommendations to use a specific methodology but I thought the suggestion should be generic, hence this post.

  14. Add the ability to optionally set a password aging limit

    For users who care to have regular password turnover, allow the ability to set an optional per record age limit for a password. There would need to be some method of notification of passwords near, at or past their defined limits as a reminder to change them.

  16. Accented letters

    I use it in Hungary, and when I synchronise with my computer the accented letters not synchronize in the right form.

  17. Answer your support requests.

    I STILL don't have SplashID Safe Sync working on my new laptop! If you detect frustrations that's because I'm VERY frustrated. What good are new features if I can't even get the existing features to work and you wont answer my support requests? I paid for a lifetime license. I'd think that would at least net me a simple response!

    Me gusta mucho el programa pero tengo dificultades con el ingles, imagino que se dan cuenta que con la version en español podrian tener muchos mas clientes y yo desde lugo lo recomendaria mucho, mucho

  20. Change the colour(s) of the app button so that it is more distinctive. There are too many apps sharing the same kind of blu.

    For example, Toodledo recently made their app button two colour instead of one (blue!) and as a result it is much easier to find.
