  1. wifi sync for computers

    Right now i can use wifi sync to synchronize all my mobile devices with my pc. I can not keep in sync my laptops and my other pcs/mac.
    I think that a pcs should be treated as any other device and should be able to synchronize with an other pc.

  2. Windows Phone!!!!

  3. Ability to add optional additional fields to selected record and re-order fields

    For instance, if I create a record for new bank account details, I'd like to add on-line banking log in details in addition to bank account numbers.

  4. Resolving import problems

    1. The import feature in a web browser freeze and we have no other choice than kill the browser. Will this be resolved ? This happens each time we have quite some data (tested with 800 records).

    2. import is working very very badly on lastpass import, all sorts of problems, the result is totally unusable. This lastpass import problem is the really main reason why i’m not subscribing to safeid. I suggest the solution you prefer : an option for the user to mention where the csv comes from (lastpass, dashlane etc) so safeid could import accordingly for best results or…

  6. Fix synchronisation

    Synchronise worked perfectly on palm pilot back in 2000.
    Since then, it's got worse over the different devices i've had splash data on. Currently not working at all.

  9. Improve handling of database at specified location

    The ability to specify where the splashID database is stored has fortunately been reinstated in V8. Unfortunately when the Win 7 OS is reinstalled and you point Splash to the appropriate directory where the DB is stored, I get a message saying :DB already exists" - WHY won't it then ask if I want to use that DB and ask for a password - much easier than having to export data , rename existing file, let app create new file and then import data to new file - very frustrating

  10. Fix your bugs first. I have had 2 situations where lost my database. Also email backups on daily frequency don't work everyday.

    Please fix bugs first before going into new territory. On 2 occasions, I lost my database, from a 100+ records to zero. fortunately a logout/login fixes it. But it is unnerving to say the least. Also emailing backups of the database on a daily basis don't work. I get an email once a fortnight or so. It's unpredictable. You will lose your reputation if you keep introducing new features without making the existing ones more robust.

    Record lists are shown continous without breaks between alphabetical letters. Clearly show separations between letters.

  12. The chrome extension keeps asking if I want to add a page for one that is already in my database. It would be great if it did not do that.

  14. Allow choice of session timeout by session or a global setting

    It annoys me to always have to re-enter SPLASHID pswd every time I switch to another app. Allow user to set timeout value each session within a maximum allowable range. The max allowable could be a global user setting but no more than, say, one hour.

  15. When opening app it should open with the previous sort.

    Currently, whenever I open the app it is sorted alphabetically. I set it to sort by type, but the next time I open it, it's back to alphabetical .

  18. Allow Multiple Sync Methods

    Allow multiple sync methods. For example SplashId on Mac OS X could sync to the SplashId Cloud and also sync over WiFi to devices that can not access the cloud. This would solve the problem where some devices have "cloud" access blocked by corporate MDM systems.

  20. I miss the ability to change the display of the desktop interface. There used to be flexibility in the set up in earlier versions.
