Have TELEPHONE SUPPORT.
It took 3 days going back and forth via email to get a problem solved. This could have been done in 5 minutes on the phone. Even live chat would have been better.

I'm having the same problems as everyone else. Passwords not working for version 8 or 9. .EXE file is deleted by antivirus even after it is disabled.
So, I can't get into the old version, cant download the new version..... i'm screwed.
Email doesn't work for me because i may write an email and then be offline for several hours. I was really excited to see version 9, but be careful what you wish for. At this point, i'm not if or when it will be fixed. Tomorrow i will try the suggestion from NF. -

I need to find my info. I changed my phone and even I open the app with my email i cant find what I had storage. I need a phone number to call. My phone is 954 588 2884

Bad direction in their keeping up. Very complex and non-practical.
Asked them to cancel subscription and they ignored it and anyway charged. All this via email of course; no phone number, no one to talk with... -

Sorry but we are a small company and as such cannot offer phone support, similar to how most companies our size do not have it.
For example, some companies that have phone support are Microsoft, Apple, Logitech and they all are MUCH larger companies than ours.
Also, many of those companies may charge you for support, but our support is always free. -

This is so true. I'm in the same boat and on the verge of finding an alternative to SplashID. Also, app is not as intuitive as I'd expect. Offer some telephone support so customer can stop wasting time. I been at it for weeks trying to get this setup properly.
