  2. have SplashID automatically timeout only in the background.

    I suggest you have SplashID automatically timeout only in the background. Right now, when the timeout occurs, it grabs the cursor and interrupts what was currently in process -- annoying and time consuming. Better yet, give us the option for no timeout.

  3. Fix notes, they dont scrolls properly on the phone or iPad

    The scroll has not worked right for several version on the iPad, we should be able to see all the notes and scroll and it just does not work.

  4. Allow variable parameters for generating a new password in each record. Some sites allow longer passwords, some allow special charaters.

    Click on Generate, get a screen that allows the user to select number of characters, Cap or no caps, special characters or not, specific special characters list when site only allows $ % ! _ for instance.
    Remember the selections for each record.

  5. Do away with version 8 and refund money when customers are not satisfied

    Dear Sirs,
    I upgraded to Version 8 and it was a disaster. The Version 8 interface is terrible, you used my Master Password for an online account and then you uploaded all of my passwords to that account - This was very deceptive and you lost my trust. As a result of this change in your business model, I requested a refund for the money I spent on version 8 and was never able to get one.   6. Sync methods

    I’m surprised having to choose between wifi and cloud in sync settings.Why not letting this choice in each secure notes ? It’s better for security and usability to choose in notes if we want to sync with cloud, wifi or both. When is it planned ?

  8. Icon image selection search web/online for use in SplashID

    Logo/icon image selection after searching web/online for use with SplashID. From the SplashID search bar, allow for icon/logo image search for companies without leaving the SplashID software. Once found allow to be selected and used (with or without downloading into SplashID).

    If you move a record to another category, you lost all the field names. They should be preserved.

  14. Return to Ability to See Lists

    I'm going to be a bit fuzzy about this as I returned to the earlier desktop version of ID Safe because I couldn't handle the new view. I think it was that I couldn't see the "masked" items in initial view. I had not asked that they be masked and it looked like I would have to unmask each record and hope the unmasking remained when I logged off.

  18. Automatic scroll when typing in notes field

    When in a record and typing in the notes field; if you hit enter the next line drops out of view. You have to manually scroll down to see your text. The scroll bar should automatically move the new line into view.

    Since most ID's these days tend to use an email address, on the Account field, it would be nice to have a pull down of the 5-10 most frequently used accounts.

  20. Make Sync always work reliably!

    The best new feature would be for consistent, reliable sync, whether USB or Cloud! I gave up on cloud sync after it consistently deleted my attachments (despite Tech Support's lackluster efforts). Why not put your development efforts into making SplashID work reliably?
