  2. Display a confirmation of the sync option.

    I've trashed my three devices several times and had to restore, because I had the wrong option selected. (Also, I didn't understand the synch(?) option.)

  3. Encrypt attachments

    When I attempted to attach documents to a record in the Android app, I was able to find the attachment on the Android in plain text, outside of the application.

  4. Go back to the 6.2 Interface GUI. That was your best interface. I will not upgrade to the current GUI.

  6. Provide Google Chrome support for your Log In feature

    SplashID takes you to Internet Explorer when you click on the log in from a particular record. You need to provide Google Chrome support for this feature because that it my default browser. I realize that there is an extension to Google Chrome that you provide, but this does not work properly either.

  7. SplashID for Windows 8 should allow the user to adjust the size

    The application for Windows 8 does not allow the user to customize the size. The smaller size occupies much of the computer screen. I wish i could adjust the size according to the way I work. The ideal is That It Occupies a maximum of one third of the screen.

  8. Fix your existing systems before building new stuff. Here are key things:

    1. The IOS app is slow.
    2. The Web app doesn't sync with the IOS app.
    3. Importing a ViD file to the Web app appears to do absolutely nothing.

    I have spent way too much time searching forums and trying to figure out why your stuff doesn't work. I am close to throwing in the towel.

  9. For fields that are empty should not be shown in view mode.

    The font size is too big and all the empty fields is taking up screen space and often need to scroll to see what you want.

  10. Re-instate local backup. Upgrading to your latest version trashed my database and then wiped my local backups out for good measure.

    Synchronising does not work consistently. Field names, records and categories all get dropped from time to time

  15. Rich text notes

    It would be very helpful to be able to have basic rich text formatting in the notes field. That way you can bold text, make lists and insert hyper links.

  17. STOP TRYING TO CONNECT MY EXTREMELY PRIVATE KEYS TO THE NET EVERYTIME I OPEN YOUR PRODUCT OR YOU WILL LOSE A LONG TIME CLIENT

    Also, If a user clicks on an item in the left colulm, it should not require a double click of the item in the center column to get to actionable informaton - awkward user interface, to much mousing and clicking to get results from a simple database - we (IBM techs) showed clients how to do this with PSF file 30 years ago - I see little progress, just over use of the GUI (IMHO)

  18. Add an undo function

    There are times when the program syncs in the wrong direction (ie syncs the phone to the laptop even though preferences are set the other way). This results in data loss. An undo function could restore everything back to the pre-sync database.

  19. Improve and securing the password protection level

    While it is a real good idea to enter the password via a pattern you need to change two things:

    The pattern is highlighted in a way that it is visible from miles away. This is severely endangering security. The pattern should either be without any highlighted color or in light grey.

    The pattern is visible too long. It should directly disappear when having entered it.

    I would prefer another option: Password protection via entering a pattern AND via entering a password - both together. Advantage: The pattern can not be seen by an attack from the internet wheras it…
