Make the interface window much smaller
On a lap top, it takes up too much of the screen. You used to be able too show as much or as little as you wished, which was far more practical.

Alphabetical Selection
I suggest you include an alphabetical selection when viewing all categories on the desk top version. This would be similar to the option you have on the iPhone version. It would save a lot of time if I could click on the V and move to those entries instead of scrolling all the way down the list to find my Verizon password

Password recovery
Develop a method to enable users to recover their password. The password should be stored in a secure system with deeper integration. Provide work flows to authenticate password recovery requests.

Make the Chrome browser extension actually useful
You should be able log in and have SplashID do form fills for your on the sites that you visit. That would include username/passwords, credit card forms, and membership numbers. Many competitors do form fill and SplashID can be better because of the various categories that it supports. The previous extension also logs out too frequently and has too many prompts to add pages, making it pretty annoying when it's active.

Get rid of the cloud sync. I've lost data too often. I've learned my lesson not to use the cloud, but what about other users?

Make it harder to edit records.
Go back, at least as an option, to requiring an action to edit a record. The new system makes it too easy to inadvertently change a record, or forget to save changes.

add Launch button within application that will take me to the listed website, via default brouser, filling in login info.
A non browser specific launch button for websites filling in the saved login information. Also could be an add-in for Explorer as mentioned previously but also other browsers such as Google Chrome, etc. This could be a SplashID icon within the browser which when selected would enter saved login information. The Icon could be PW secured or open depending upon user preference.

Allow Emergency Access ID's
Allow a secondary ID that will only have the ability to request access to my account. If I am unable to grant them access, it is automatically allowed after a configurable time has passed. Not sure this is completely thought through, but the idea is to give this secondary ID to a family member or someone with Power of Attorney so they can access my account in the event I am unable. The access might be restricted in certain ways as well. For example, I might have the option to mark only certain records for which they will get access.
