1. The app needs to open up much faster. it takes too long to sync everytime it is opened.

   I agree. I was going to create my own item about opening faster. I also think it should know whether or not you are using the cloud storage and if you aren't using it skip the cloud sync operation. I've assumed that is why it opens slow and I don't even store any files in the cloud.
