    This option is present in Settings> General > Clear filters on exit. Uncheck it to retain the filters state on next launch.

    This is already present in the Windows desktop. Select an entry from the list and press the 'V' key to go to the entries starting with V.

  8. I do not like that the passwords are masked. I want the ability to globally disable for all items. Sometimes a quick glance is all I need.
