Get rid of the cloud sync. I've lost data too often. I've learned my lesson not to use the cloud, but what about other users?

Change desktop interface to a concise, adjustable format.
Older desktop interface formats had a tighter, more concise appearance. I loaded version 8, but found it a great waster of space and I couldn't adjust it small enough to share on my PC desktop (I keep many windows open). I had to go back to Ver 7. I want the data concise with no wasted white space. Don't make it look like apps that may look pretty, but waste space and show much less data at a glance. And as I have been suggesting for many years, get rid of the black background in the Notes section - it…

that you create a "non-cloud" version of Splash ID Safe and couple that to a Splash ID Safe app for the Microsoft 8.1 cell phone.
My relationship with Splash ID Safe was severely strained with your release that focused on Cloud service. I wanted to "avoid the cloud" and continue syncing between my computer and the cell phone. I was told at the time of the "cloud" introduction that this would be possible. It was not! That initial release did not permit that.

Geofencing: email or SMS when SplashID used in new country
If you use splashID outside your country, you should be able to receive a notification, including a option to change your password immediately. It is a rather simple security measure, also to implement when you use cloud syncing.

Windows version - Password Gererate button is way to easy to hit and always visible.
In the first 8.0.0 release it was way to hidden ant that was a problem I commented on and you fixed it. Problem is the fix puts the Generate right next to copy and way too easy to hit. I have to quickly then hit cancel to get back the old password and I am screwed if I don't do it.
Why not show password generate only when I have "opened" a record to edit something or clicked on the password field to edit.
