  5. Relate items

    Many times you have a record that has relationships to other records. For instance you have a rewards membership AND a web login. Need to be able to associate multiple items to quickly go to that related item.

  6. Fix the iPad/iPhone access

    I work and travel in cell fringe areas. Apparently the app is attempting to establish cloud connection upon intial opening of the app. When it can't make that connection, or the connection is slow (1X - 3g), the app crashes and I can't access my passwords...NOT GOOD! Syncing with the cloud is a great benefit, but not when it prevents me from using the app altogether.

    Like ApplePay why can't new records for credit cards be created or updated by using the phone's camera?

  8. Enable keyboard arrows move thru categories on Windows version

    I use Splashdata extensively and have almost 500 records spread across 18 categories. When I want to navigate to a record, I select the category dropdown first and then attempt to cursor down to the category I want but the keboard arrow closes the category dropdown and moves thru the records instead. It's really irritating behavior - please correct

  9. Add back the features that have been lost from previous versions.

    There are many features that are no longer available in version 8.

    - I can't use previous sorts
    - It's not easy if it is even possible to create/change templates for record types.
    - The remove duplicates doesn't work at all.

    That's all I can think of at this time.

  10. Password recovery

    Develop a method to enable users to recover their password. The password should be stored in a secure system with deeper integration. Provide work flows to authenticate password recovery requests.

  11. Share record by SMS

    I should be able to send a record by SMS. Details sent in SMS should be chosen by me. SMS receiver should exist in the contact book, if sending it from an app.

  12. Favourite records

    I should be able to set records as favorites. A filter should allow me to display only the favourite records. Records that are marked as favourite should have a visual indicator.

  13. Support multiple attachments

    Each record should have flexibility to store multiple attachments. Currently the app allows for adding only 1 attachment to a record.

  14. Icons on records

    Please show for each record icons for sync status, presence of attachment, presence of URL, presence of notes. It will help in determining visually a snapshot of the record contents.

  15. Synchronize Icons

    When synchronizing data between Desktop (Windows) & Handheld (Android) devices, please synchronize any customized Icons that were added to the desktop so that they can be used on the handled as well. There is already a good icon set in the Android application but NON-US customers need to add/change the default icons to reflect companies from other countries.

  16. After Successful Sync from Mobile (iOS), return immediately to SplashID Safe View

    The iOS app has to go through several menus to get to Sync to Desktop and then back up through several menus to get out. After a successful sync, you should report that success and immediately return to the SplashID Safe Records View.

  17. Revert Dashboard to version 7 view, Fix Export Function.

    The version 8 dashboard sorting is terrible. Please revert it to the way version 7 was. I am only able to view a few records and the sort feature is no where near as good as in ALL previous versions.

    The option to export gives no option as to whether I want to export a single record or all. This needs fixed ASAP. I exported my data file and it only exported 1 record and not ALL of my records. I nearly lost everything!

  18. Preserve field names when moving between categories

    If you move a record to another category, you lost all the field names. They should be preserved.

  19. An option to test password strength of your own passwords.

    If you make up your own passwords there should be a way to test the strength of those passwords.

  20. Font sizes in PC/Mac Desktop apps

    Please add font/text size settings to Desktop apps.
    Such as choice between Small/Medium/Large, or better Tiny/Small/Medium/Large/Extra large/etc.
