  2. Allow your customers to lock a filter

    I am tired of searching for frequently used passwords. Is there a way to "lock" the filter to keep the order of items at ”recently viewed"?

  4. Copy without unmasking in Android

    In the Android app, I have to select a field and then it immediately unmasks. I would prefer to copy the field without unmasking.

    I'm not sure the best way to do this. Possibly, next to each ****, have three buttons, Copy, Edit, Unmask. I think there's room there. Or, just a "..." at the side of each masked field.

    Maybe your UX people can come up with something better.

  5. Allow Android app to function without requiring access to personal data like addresses, files and photos

    This is a security must-have. I will not use the SplashID android app if forced to give it access to data for features I don't need or want. It should be optional.

  6. Please add simple formatting options at least to the NOTES section so you can bold, underling, italicize or color text.

    I keep some lengthy notes in the NOTES box of a record. It all looks the same because there is no formatting available -- like bold face, type size (pitch) underline, italics or coloring text or coloring background.

  7. Feature to auto check the main URL of an entry

    The following feature request would be very handy in case of many records (I have 950 at the moment)

    Please add a feature to auto check the main URL of an entry.

    This should happen in the background every time the app is started.
    URL that are offline should be marked internaly and be checked again at the next start of the app.
    When it comes to a 3 times offline status the app could warn the user to check the entry.

    And please work on the MacOS message, that the app is not optimized and has to be updated!

  8. Add Face Login/unlock for Android app

    On iPhones, we can use Touch ID and also Face ID on supported iPhone models that have this feature.
    On Android, we can use Fingerprint to login/unlock to SplashID Safe mobile app, but not Face unlock on Android phones that have this feature, such as some Samsung models and some newer Google Pixel phones.
    Please add this feature in a future update of Android app.

  9. Filter to exclude archived data

    I’m using SplashID Safe since 2001. Therefore I have a lot of stuff in there. Some infos like old smartphone data are more historically for archiving purposes or to keep the legal retention periods under control. I mark them with the category "Obsolete". It would be great to have a kind of filter in SplashID to hide such entries normally. Maybe SplashData could implement an checkmark in the category manager. "Checked" means "active" and unchecked means "inactive" or archived (or even obsolete). Inactive entries would then be excluded from both the display and the search function. Would it be possible…

  12. How hard could it be to allow users to customize the overall window size as well as the three panel widths?

    Simply allow for resizing of the three panels in the desktop display, AND allow for much greater freedom in resizing the overall window. I have been asking for this for years.

  15. Configure the Web app for Mobile device use

    Security personal have the right to permanently confiscate our mobile devices and detention if we do not give up the password to the applications that are physically installed on our devices. Standing by our convictions will only end up costing the end user more money to replace those confiscated devices or get someone thrown in jail. USA security personal and associated agencies now have the right full search, seizure and detention, if you do not give it up and Canadian security services now have just started to take the same stance, even though it has been in place since 2015…

  17. Add support for the Yubi key for true 2FA

    I have way too much valuable data in SplashID Safe to trust it to a single password. Please allow us to select true 2FA (password + device/fingerprint/etc) for every login.

  19. Warn when sync-ing before creating duplicate near duplicate records

    For some reason when I recently sync-ed my SplashID between laptop and iPhone it duplicated almost all of my records - this caused me MUCH frustration.

    I would like to suggest you add a feature that would warn the user BEFORE a sync. is executed If more than a fixed (or user-defined) amount of data will be changed as a result of the sync. activity.

    (iTunes has this feature and defaults to 10%)

    then ask the user if they want to continue the sync. operation.

  20. Allow for image rotation when viewing attached image to best fit to the screen position

    Allow for image rotation when viewing attached image to best fit to the screen position. For example, if you scanned your driving license and what to see/show it, the app doesn't allow to turn your iPhone side-wise for better view and doesn't rotate the image. So it is difficult to see the image as it is quite small on the screen.
