  4. Unicode support (multilanguage)

    You claim your application is used all over the world, however you do not support many national characters (German, French, Czech, Slovak, Polish, ....). It is strange that your application still do not support Unicode that would solve everything and it is a de facto standard these days. Please make your application really usable worldwide.

  6. SplashID for Windows 8 should allow the user to adjust the size

    The application for Windows 8 does not allow the user to customize the size. The smaller size occupies much of the computer screen. I wish i could adjust the size according to the way I work. The ideal is That It Occupies a maximum of one third of the screen.

  7. Fix your existing systems before building new stuff. Here are key things:

    1. The IOS app is slow.
    2. The Web app doesn't sync with the IOS app.
    3. Importing a ViD file to the Web app appears to do absolutely nothing.

    I have spent way too much time searching forums and trying to figure out why your stuff doesn't work. I am close to throwing in the towel.

  9. add support to traditional Chinese support

  14. App Shouldn't Talk to the Internet, Unless...

    Every time the desktop is launched, Little Snitch (on Mac OS) tells me that the SplashID is sending info to the Internet. I realize it's probably checking for a new version of the software, but who knows? Allow me to turn off auto-checking for software updates, and/or choose to have it check on a long interval (weekly? monthly?).

  15. create browser integration

    LastPass, iPassword, etc offer desktop browser integration. However, they are cumbersome to use on the iPhone. SplashID is a great iPhone resource, but lacks desktop browser integration. Make it work with Chrome!!

  16. Search on iOS should match search on desktop application.

    I don't always remember the title I gave to an entry; sometimes I remember only a fragment of info that appears in the other fields or in the notes. On the desktop, the search function will return all entries that have anything matching my search string. The search on the mobile app doesn't find those records. Make the mobile app behave like the desktop.

  17. Have a list of the most recently generated passwords with most recent on top

    My idea is just a box with the most recently generated passwords in it. That would make it easier to change passwords periodically on numerous sites.

  18. Fix your bugs first. I have had 2 situations where lost my database. Also email backups on daily frequency don't work everyday.

    Please fix bugs first before going into new territory. On 2 occasions, I lost my database, from a 100+ records to zero. fortunately a logout/login fixes it. But it is unnerving to say the least. Also emailing backups of the database on a daily basis don't work. I get an email once a fortnight or so. It's unpredictable. You will lose your reputation if you keep introducing new features without making the existing ones more robust.

  19. archive all WiFI and Cloud sync statistics for browsing

    After a sync the statistics (added, deleted, updated, device, date, time) information is logged and later retrieved. Helps with auditing and tracking down sync issues.

  20. Fix out of alphabetical order records in iOS 8 app.

    On my iOS 8 app many time when I open Spash ID my records are listed out of order and are not searchable. Only re-syncing with my Mac allows records to be displayed in alphabetical order.
