  1. Chrome extension install issues

    I had issues with the Chrome extension and removed it. I now cannot get it reinstalled. The help blog indicates using admin mode, but that did not help. I uninstalled it because of the constant pop-ups that blocked buttons on the browser pages (upper right corner).

  3. Chrome extension has delayed scroll. Hard to locate an entry

    The Chrome extension seems to have a lag when scrolling, making it difficult to scroll to an entry.

    I'm a new user, but seems like it should work faster and be more reliable. Takes forever to bring up the login url, then sometimes it enters ID and password and sometimes it doesn't. Using laptop with windows vista.

  5. Encrypt attachments

    When I attempted to attach documents to a record in the Android app, I was able to find the attachment on the Android in plain text, outside of the application.

  6. create priority

    create a priority list or a number 1 through 3 or 5. The number 1 should show up on top. When I use the online version it takes forever to load, because I have so many clients it is a nightmare when I need to look up a password or something.

  7. Share / Sync (parts of) the passwords database with friends / colleagues.

    I'd like to promote the use of SplashID to for instance my parents, but it would be nice if they could share their passwords database with me so I can assist them with whatever they do (as they're getting older).

  9. Rich text notes

    It would be very helpful to be able to have basic rich text formatting in the notes field. That way you can bold text, make lists and insert hyper links.

  13. The first thing you have to do is place Splah Id Desktop 8 in the Mac App Store. This is really IMPORTANT to trust you our password managent

    I have been using Splash Id phone and desktop for many years. Now as an Apple user I need that your product follow apple procedures to inspire confidence. I bougth SplashId desktop through the Mac App Store. Why you do on place version 8 in the App Store for update?. This make your solution less reliable and this is very important when managing passwords.

  14. Make the Chrome browser extension actually useful

    You should be able log in and have SplashID do form fills for your on the sites that you visit. That would include username/passwords, credit card forms, and membership numbers. Many competitors do form fill and SplashID can be better because of the various categories that it supports. The previous extension also logs out too frequently and has too many prompts to add pages, making it pretty annoying when it's active.

  16. work on the Blackberry app. Since the last update it is really very very very slow!

    1Password is not available on Blackberry OS so you would have an advantage there.
