  1. Use the current/default windows browser for the LOGIN button

    When I click the login button, it always opens Internet Exploder rather than my default program of Firefox. Every other program on my system respects the system default internet browser. Why don't you?

  2. Add an edit button

    When I want to add an item into a new field of an already stored record (version 8.0.5.853 / Windows 8.1 desktop) the unfilled fields are not shown and can't be opened for editing unless I click in the text of some other field. This is stupid. Please reinstate an edit button to open all the fields for editing

  4. don't deselect the current record when changing the search string

    When I backspace ver the search string to widen it a little, the currently selected record gets de-selected. (version 8.0.5.853 / Windows 8.1 desktop). Please don't deselect the record unless it no longer meets the search criteria.

  5. Make special sheet for records obsolete or cancel like all credit cards etc

    When a credit card or any other record that has an expiration date and is due, make an special place to pass all that obsolete records

  6. Fix the false lock button action

    When I click on the Lock Now button (version 8.0.5.853) in Windows 8.1 desktop I get the screen locked, which is fair. But if I click anywhere in the 1" blank area below that button and above my SplashID userID, the screen also locks out. The screen should DO NOTHING when clicking in a blank area. Not lock the screen

  8. Reinstate the print record feature in Win 8.1 client

    I used to be able to print records from earlier versions, but that has disappeared from the current one and I really need it back. It's nearly a showstopper for me.

  11. Icon image selection search web/online for use in SplashID

    Logo/icon image selection after searching web/online for use with SplashID. From the SplashID search bar, allow for icon/logo image search for companies without leaving the SplashID software. Once found allow to be selected and used (with or without downloading into SplashID).

  12. Alphabetical Selection

    I suggest you include an alphabetical selection when viewing all categories on the desk top version. This would be similar to the option you have on the iPhone version. It would save a lot of time if I could click on the V and move to those entries instead of scrolling all the way down the list to find my Verizon password

  15. Fix synchronisation

    Synchronise worked perfectly on palm pilot back in 2000.
    Since then, it's got worse over the different devices i've had splash data on. Currently not working at all.

  16. Revise the program to make it easy to open attachments on iPads & iPhones. SplashID everything worked fine but has now stopped.

    Make it easier to view attachments. Maybe the reason my program is not working properly is because there may be a fee for an upgrade of which I am not aware. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to correct this problem - Thank you.

  17. 8 bit ASCII

    Eight bit ASCII characters can corrupt the database during synchronisations. Please warn of this in your documentation or correct the problem.

  18. Add a setting to prevent backup files being emailed.

    Too easy to accidentally send yourself a backup file across an open, untrusted medium like email.

  19. make sure you can provide support for all issues.

    My version 6 crashed & Splash could not provide me support to fix the issue or to reclaim a backup database. Create issues that may develop & have solutions ready for the customer. This also goes along with being able to print the ENTIRE database out in ONE print job, not record by records.

  20. Fix problem when editing multiple fields in a record

    On android, editing a second field means that changes are often lost
